I don't fish that area but due to all of this past rain it has really messed up a lot of patterns.

I fished there about 3 weeks ago. I had access to about 100 yards of shoreline (fishing from the bank) but we caught ALL our fish in a 20' circle between two docks. No idea what made that particular area hold the fish, but we never caught anything, if not fishing THAT particular spot.
Keep searching untill you find that "magic" location....

When they're on beds, the hot spot may be no bigger than a bathtub. At least it seems that way. Cast 10' to either side and get nothing. Land it in the sweet spot and BAM. Over and over.
