If this is a voluntary thing, I'll offer to bring 6 cases of bottled water and 6 12 packs of various soft drinks.

I can bring sodas, chips and assorted energy bars.

If you want sustenance the night before I can do Blacks or City Market. We do plan on getting there earlier than last year.
Check that, chicken or Mexican food maybe for the night before.

By the way, Tiffany paid off our trip as a happy fathers day gift.

Happy Fathers day!...

Just a thought .... but maybe we should first determine how many and which meals we plan to do. You know our fishing/eating schedule always gets sort of helter-skelter through the middle of our trip. Maybe breakfast tacos on the way out and perhaps a noon meal on the first day then the meal on the ride home while we brag about our boat full of fish .... smile

I don't fish much in the Daytime so I will cook a Saturday afternoon meal. We can do breakfast going out, Saturday morning and something good on the way in but it's also cool to have snacks on the galley counter for quick walk by eats.

Charlie ..... I agree that the "snacks" are cool to to stave off the
"munchies" but a group meal on Saturday doesn't always receive full participation.

Here's why ...... Unlike you, most of us don't limit out early and hit the sack before midnight on Friday. In fact I would venture to say that most of us will have to fish all night. On Saturday half of the group is asleep and half is fishing. Sure the food will get eaten eventually even if cold but most of us have things we like to bring for ourselves. I know I do.

On our October trip last year we took way more food than we needed to ..... even if you and Bill would have been there. smile

I told him a few days ago that there was a food thread going and he said he would stop by but you know how he is .... rolleyes

I'm quite sure though that we can count on him for Pico and cinnamon rolls again.

Mr. Liner,

I saw you listed "waters" as still being needed, is that a special sauce or condiment or do I need to bring more bottled water? I can bring more water if needed. I could also bring some bottled orange juice instead of soft drinks.

Let me know.
