Where to fish with Grapevine being closed?

I'm a regular on that lake and I'm not sure where I'm gonna fish all Summer with it being closed most of it. Where are you GVine guys gonna fish?

If ramps are closed, invest in a fishing kayak! It's saved my bum over at Lewisville. Never hurts to have some backup. I know people cant always just go and drop cash like that on the drop of a hat, but if you can, look into it. Just one option I thought I'd throw out there.

Only option close looks to be Arlington My condo is only 300yds from the arkanasas ramp, I spend some time there. Lake looks good with flooded veggies and the fish are in it, justsay'n

Went out deep cranking for an hour before I left and caught a 5lber. I'm done fishing shallow!

Again, who told you Grapevine was closed? Okay, the lake is not closed but access is very limited. Using that one ramp is gonna be crowded, not to mention the parking. The City of Grapevine spokesman said they will not be releasing any significant water until August. Someone mentioned Roberts, is that still accessible?

Ray Roberts Marina has a ramp open, $5 launch fee, but they don't open until 9:30am during the week and 8am on the weekend and you have to be off the water before they close - so I hear
