What does it need to drop to in order to reopen the launches?

They are releasing about 1600 cfs from Proctor and about 3400 cfs from Belton. Not sure how much the Leon and Little River Rivers will handle below Belton but it is limited. At the current rate of release, it will go down slowly. Not sure why they waited so long except possibly the Brazos was full from releases from Whitney and Waco. Sure would be nice for it to get down 9-10 ft asap.

Increased the discharge from Belton to 5500cfs. You can see some evidence of it receding leaving all of the trash around the bank.

How is the fishing below the spillway? Looks like it is difficult to get down to the river since the south entrance to Miller Springs Park is closed.

The concrete wasn't set from the repairs, so the gates didn't open on the 10th as anticipated.
