Took my 3 yo daughter along with me to Cedar Creek this past Saturday around 3:00..my first time ever fishing this beautiful lake. Lots of wind, boat traffic, and a brief rain shower to cool things off. Caught around 20-25 total, all were caught around crappie flats and all using mepps (THANKS Dennis Christian!!). Very tough to stay on top of them being stacked up due to high winds, but totals were around 15 sandies, 5 hybrids (3 over 18") and a couple of cats. Needless to say, I can't wait to get back out there and would love to meet up with someone with more knowledge of the lake!! Sorry for not having any pics, was too busy corralling an anxious 3yo and trying to stay on top of the fish lol. banana

What were you fishing out of? My brother and I were out there at about the same time, in a yellow skeeter fish/ski. We didn't do quite as well as you did(graph was just showing dots so it was kinda tough to find 'em) but landed 2. Got the graph issue fixed though and gonna hit em again this weekend.

You can kill a fly with a sledgehammer,
But do you really need to son???

Ha! Yep, saw ya. I was with my daughter in the maroon/green skeeter. The bite picked up around 630. Had to drift over them several times due to the wind but ended up being worth it. Most whites were pretty small though, 8-11 inch range. Hope to get back out there soon!
