TDP&W kept their promise. 204,000 now stocked. 20,000 in 10 different parts of the lake.
With all of the flooded vegetaion and cover these should have a high survival. Good times ahead in a couple of years.

In the past Medina has produced some really large fish and at one time held the state record. This was long before Floirda bass were introduced.

This is my home lake too. Been fishing there for 30 years except for the last 4 years. 12 minutes from my drvieway to Red's Cove.
We went out once the week before last and caught one nice chunk. Water looks good.
Can't wait to get back and check more in depth of what fish are still there.

Nice to see, hope the local water management doesn't run it dry.

I hope all local water management has learned how to manage the lakes in the last 7 years...but not likely.
