I have 4 batteries and one of them is warm and the other 3 are not.Any one know why that is ? Could it be a bad battery or my charger?

The heat is from resistance within the battery itself possibly caused by an internal short.

It could have been caused by an external short. It happens.

It can be caused by a charger if one somehow overcharges a battery, either too fast or too long will do it.

But, likely you'd have more of your batteries damaged, not just the one.

I agree: bad battery.
