Interesting. Hopefully the lake stays full for awhile.

Wonder why so small a number. 500,000 and some bait I would have thought. Anything better than nothing though

I hoping they don't drain the lake too fast, I sure do miss the close drive.

I'm friends with Debra Hengst on FB she's been posting up info about Medina on there, she's pretty excited about it. It's basically her home lake. I can understand her excitement for sure.......

Medina full? Hardly. Still 15-20 feet low(depending on which lake level site you use) but an amazing recovery over recent times. Enjoy all the lakes for this small window of abundance. The population didn't decrease and the lakes purpose/management style have not changed. Afraid they will drop even faster next dry spell. Exciting, so many of these lakes will fish like new lakes! :-) :-(

Yesterday was a very exciting day for everyone from the community to the anglers. For TP&W to take this action in a short window to restock, was no small undertaking and my hat is off to them for doing so. The last time the lake was restocked was 10 years ago.

The hatchery truck is on the road or may I say (two trucks) with 500K headed to one of my other favorite fisheries this morning. laugh

The past two weeks have seen big black balls of threadfin/gizzard and lots of minnows.
