Anybody been to greenbelt in a while? I heard from a buddy that he has seen kayaks there recently. I thought it might be closed up still but apparently not. Are there any fish in there? I would like to paddle it someday soon.

Drove by yesterday. Park is still closed due to high water. Parking would be an adventure. Not sure how the fishing is, but lots of water going through.

They are releasing large amounts of water from Ray Roberts at different times. Being on the greenbelt in a kayak right now would not be a good idea. I do know at the spillway there are now signs saying kayaking/canoeing is not permitted because of the dangerous conditions.
