This has been brought up a bunch, and as most have said if you are breaking off any quality Flouro, it is most definitely something you are doing.
Most common reasons, Tying poor knots, the knot itself doesn't always break. It can break up above the knot if you do not wet it enough and the line burns when you cinch it down
The wrong knot , you have to be very careful when tying a palomar it is very easy to tie it where it will cut itself. It's best to use some variant of a cinch knot, like a san diego jam, Fox knot, the one shaw grigsby ties etc etc
Back lashes or leaving loops in the spool, the loops rattle around and cause knicks etc
Guides with issues
Those are the most common ones, i originally hated flouro and broke it all the time tried it again a few years back and never have issues now.
But i take more care with the knots and never leave loose line on the spool.
I don't have to do any maintenance, and don't even own line conditioner.
Mono, is more forgiving but that does not mean it's a better line.
I use alot of Segaur and Sunline, no issues with any of them.

Never had problems with Invizx but I put BPS XPS on my RevoSX because they were out of Invizx and i've been pleasantly surprised with it's strength and casting.

Seaguar Red Label is pretty solid. I do like Gamma Touch for finesse fishing; the seven pound test is stronger than you think. Wetting your knot is critical and using KVD line conditioner helps, especially for spinning rods. Braid with a fluorocarbon leader is the way to go.

I've been able to pull my boat towards a hang up using 12lb Invisx. The stuff is really strong. If you are breaking it that easy, there is other issues.

Sun Line Sniper, Sun Line Shooter, Seagar Tatsu. If you have a problem with any of these lines then YOU are the problem. Yes indeed

Something to consider when you tie the Palomar knot. If you have the kinky line above the hook then you pulled the WRONG single end to tighten it up. Also if you "just" tie the knot it is easy to have it flip over and cut into itself. Wet the line. Stick your finger into the loop to help it lay flat and slowly pull it tight with Both lines. DO NOT PULL the Tag end and the Main line separately and apart. Also, I have noticed times when the knot will rotate around and move to the crack in the eye of the hook. This is more prevalent on the worm hooks we use. But back to the Fluoro question. BPS has some good line also. I did have problems with the 17lb version of the older White Label Box. But the newer KVD Label is a good choice. The Sunline is a good alternative with the 16 lb size a consideration between the 15 and the 20 of most other brands. Soo it's like Ford, Chevy, Dodge, GMC, Toyota, Nissan,etc...... everybody has their own favorite.

Seems like I need to wet the line more than I have in the past and only pull the line end of the knot and see if that works. I appreciate all the input and hope this works because I know that I will catch more fish with it....thanks

I have had very good luck with Invizx 10-20# test.
If you choose to tie a Palomar knot make sure you keep the lines parallel as you tie the overhand knot. After you pass the loop over the hook lightly pull the knot away from the hook which will form a figure 8 and keep the knot loose. Now wet the line and slowly begin pulling on the main line and the tag end at the same time. Make sure the loop that went over the hook tightens up between the eyelet and the base of the knot. The double line through the eyelet must be side by side and not crossed.

I know there's a lot of people out there that say the Palomar is fine when fishing fluoro but I disagree. I switched to the double san diego jam knot and I have completely gotten rid of my knot and breakoff issues.
