 LSS-2 Install: HELP PLEASE!!

Ok, here's what I'm working with. I have a gen1 HDS 7 and have had the LSS-2 structure scan module/transducer for awhile. I have: the structure scan box, Ethernet cord, transducer and bracket. My hds7 is already installed with the standard transducer. My hope is to install it on my boat within the next few weeks. My boat is an hour and a half from me so I don't want to mess this up! Lol
I bought the structure scan second hand so I do not have a manual or install instructions or anything. I need help with a couple of things.
1. Does anyone have any tips/good links to the installation process?
2. What tools do I need to bring with me in order to make this thing happen? I do not want to travel that far and realize I forgot something!!
