I looked around to see if someone made one of these, but I couldn't find any readily accessible. I made this from a $10 cutting board from Walmart and used a large T&H Marine cup holder that I think I paid $2.50 for at Academy. I picked up the spacers from Lowes to raise it enough to give me the clearance for the extra large cup holder. It's not perfect, but not too bad for a custom built tray. I got lucky and the cutting board kind of went with the color scheme of the boat.

It's an EZ Troll. They run specials on their website that is $20 less than TW. I liked their corner design rather than a straight rectangle.
