Caught a few big hybrids this weekend on RC. They were all big.... over 26". Had a little trouble locating the white bass. Found them in shallower water. Hybrids were deeper.

I have never really been a live bait guy except when I was younger fishing with my Grandma with worms for little bluegill and sunfish.

Having said that, I hooked into a 6" gizzard shad while throwing one of my artificial baits. I kept him and dropped him down for some hybrid and we felt the thump. So we did catch one of the hybrid on the shad that we had caught, but the rest were on artificial baits.
