Took a run up the river between Lake Lavon and Lake Ray Hubbard. Pretty good flow out of Lavon. The river is finally open!

That should have had "Deliverance" music. I have never been on Ray Hubbard but that looks like
a darn good place to spend the day flipping a jig.

What were you driving when you went up there? just out of curiosity.

Great video. The question is...have bass figured out the river has water in it again?

Looks awesome. Once it settles down, it's gonna be fun to get back up there again.

I was up there on a Yamaha FX Cruiser PWC. Lotsa grass when I got near the powerline before you get to the entrance and more at the entrance to the river. Ran up to the first powerline that crosses the river then turned around. Tempted to keep running. Did that once years ago all the way to Hwy 78.

Any advice on how to make that run? I plan on going in the morning.

no real way to tell someone how to run it.

It's changed since the lake filled up and there are willows and brush in "trail" up there.

It's about a 3-4 mile idle and if you don't know it, and that's th only sensible thing to do to get there.
