Looking for a bay or flats boat, 19' or larger, in good condition. I'm not interested in project boats. Prefer mid 2000's or newer but will consider older if in excellent condition.

Both. Which is a problem. Will likely compromise with something that runs reasonably shallow but has some freeboard...Majek, Haynie, Blue Wave, etc. But if a great deal came along I'd consider a true flats boat.
