Does anyone know if any of the docks are accessible to fishing from the shore? Do they allow people to walk the docks and fish?I am just looking for more places to fish, I am getting tired of the same pond fishing scene.

at Collins park you must be a slip holder to walk the slips and fish but if you are on the water in a boat you can fish all the slips you want as long as you stay in your boat.

I have fished the collin park boat slips in the kayak, didn't have any luck but it was November too. Probably much better this time of year.
