Im just frustrated that I cant get on the lake I guess but to pay $2112 to launch a boat a few times is crazy. they could do like silver lake and charge $20 to launch. I would gladly pay it. There is a good sized field that is mowed near that ramp and would provide alot of parking if needed. Ray roberts marina charges $5 to launch although they are not letting people use it again this week untill the water comes back down. I have had the security rent a cops at Eagle Point Marina try to run me off while fishing the docks in my boat several times. I just laugh at them and tell them to call the game warden and he can explain to them who owns the water in the lake. To sum it up Eagle Point Marina is not a very freindly neighbor on Lewisville Lake. Thats about as nice as I can say it!

I would use this opportunity to cash in if I were them. I would be willing to pay $20 to launch for sure, then just beach my boat by my house. I'll bet they could rake in the cash.

Drove by Silver Lake this afternoon, it was a zoo w/trucks parking everywhere. Lots of people paying the $20. Quite a few boats on Lewisville today but most looked like bigger cruisers. Must have come from on water slips. Water looked pretty good on both lakes but Lewisville was nearly up to the I35 bridge and Grapevine was nearly up to the Gaylord Hotel. Amazing!
