That was news to me. I thought the nine mile state waters was good for all states. Be good to see it more uniform for all states.

That was news to me. I thought the nine mile state waters was good for all states. Be good to see it more uniform for all states. Only TX and FL have 9 mi limits at present. All others have 3 mi. I believe it has something to do with old Spanish land grants or something.
