Since Lake Texoma is strawberry milk, I have been night fishing at Lake Fork every night. After I launch, I turn my lights on and within 5-10 mins I have BIG Black bass and giant White Bass circling the boat chasing the bait in my lights. Any given moment you can see 30 to 50 fish all night long. The main thing I am after is the Sand Bass/ White Bass. The Sandies are giants. Average size is 17 inches and thick and we catch them up to 21 inches at times. I also have submersible green lights that I can drop next to timber and put the battery on top of the stump. I'll come back 15-20 minutes later and they are full of fish. For a newbie to fishing, you end up breaking off more than you catch when in the timber. If we keep breaking off, I will putter out to a point and anchor away from the trees preventing multiple break offs. The action is addictive no matter what part of the lake we fish. I will be doing these trips until June 18 when I go back to Texoma. As long as we don't have any more rain to muddy the lake back up.
Wildcatlighting.com is where I got my lights as u can see in my signature below. ( this thread is not a debate on where to get your lights. it's just where I got mine.)

All Largemouth/ Black Bass will be CPR'ed with no exceptions.
You are allowed 25 white bass per person. You may not keep my limit.
Trip start at approximately 9 PM and I will stay out until sun up or until you've had enough.
Fish guaranteed or you don't pay a dime.
4-8 lb bass are a common catch as well. Below is Jeff Stephens with an 8.30 pound black bass caught just last week. There are thousands more for you to catch!
Normally I can fit two limits on my tailgate. In circumstances like this, I can only put one limit on my tailgate due to the fish are too big!
The baitfish that usually show up in my lights, are no longer than 2 inches long. So we will be throwing small Jigs with a 1/16 th or a 1/32 ounce ball head jig The jigs I am throwing are called Thump Buddies made for Crappie fishing mainly. Link below are the jigs I throw at them.
http://constantpursuitoutfitters.com/home/index.php?route=product/category&path=65If you want to fly fish - that is absolutely not a problem at all. You will have a blast.
let's help the bass fisherman out and deplete the white bass population. - which would never happen there's too many of them! But we can try at least. They are in invasive species not stocked in the lake. One solo man put six or 10 white bass in the lake from Lake Tawakoni and the population exploded in the lake. At least that's what the rumor is.
If you would like to go out on one of these super action night trips, call me /text me /email me /PM me.
I am mainly throwing 4 to 6 pound line with small jigs on spinning rods or we use 5-6 weight fly rods for the fly fisherman. Flyfisherman will have the exact same action as using a spinning rod but they will catch a little bit more if they are avid flyfisherman and can cast. This is not a flyfishing cast lesson you must know how to roll cast perfectly to the targets. My lights on the boat will light up 300 yards in every direction so you can see everything.
All you need is munchies, drinks, fishing license. I have everything else you need including: Lures, flies, spinning rods, fly rods. All you have to do is show up with a smile.
