You can catch a fair amount of spots on main lake docks throwing soft plastics. Still a lot of flooded grass/weeds and we caught some flipping that over memorial day weekend. With the sun being out and days getting warmer I would stick to docks and main lake points. Its a fun little lake

Tks for all your help.I've been out of fishing for a few years. Just bought older skeeter put some money in it to fix it up. I decided to step out of my comfort zone of same old lakes and start learning lakes I've never been to. Everyone on TFF seems to very helpful to people asking advice. Hope one day I can return the favor.

Throwing brown chatterbait at main lake docks worked weekend before last. No luck going back into coves.

This would be my advice as well. 1.5 Square bills in chart/blue will get you bit on points and between docks.

Here's Jay's most recent report.

If it were me I would be starting to move out a little deeper and fish some tires reefs and main lake points right now. There are always lots of spotted bass on the docks this time of year but they aren't very big for the most part.
