The COE site says that 6 is the only ramp open. I'm sure it's like a zoo on the weekends, but was wondering about the weekdays. I thought about venturing out this week, unless I am advised against it. At the present rate of release, with no more rain it could be 15 days before other ramps open. Would appreciate hearing from anyone that has seen it.

As of this morning Canyon sits at 924.72 which is 15.72 above pool.
In my opinion this week is still going to be way too soon before they open the ramps.

Just checked with the COE. Ramps 6 & 8 are both open, but how crowded they are is unknown.

Neither of those ramps have very much parking room so it could be a circus.

Thats what I'm afraid of. If I decide to go, I'll just have to hope for the best.

Buddy and I went last Friday, get ready because its packed during the week to. Not a slot left in the parking lot, very tough fishing I might add. Good Luck

Thanks for the info. It was not what I wanted to hear, though it was expected. I might just wait a while yet. Thanks again.

I wouldn't be surprised if 1 of those hours was caused by idiots getting the boat prepped while on the launch ramp.

Probably won't open any other ramps anytime soon. Lake is at 917.00, still need to drop it some more to get to safe operating level. Looks like its going to be awhile. frown
