Make sure you are off plane while going under bridge. I was there Sunday and my butt seat only had about 10 inches clearance while at idle... would have been a bad deal if I would have stayed on plane.

And remove your back light if rough. I have a buddy who broke his running light off.

dumb question, but I almost exclusively fish Fork. And I grew up on Ray Hubbard. Does every lake have a no wake area around the bridge. I know Texoma doesn't, but I thought that might be due to it being mostly in OK.

Rayburn is at 173.73 and still slowly rising eventhough they are now generating. So you tall folks "duck'a'you'head" when you go under the bridge! And the forecast is for more rain the next weeks with the new low pressure systems in the south.

Could be really INTERESTING If the lake comes up so much that there is no traffic able to go under the bridge during the Bass Champs Shootout Tournament! roflmao

I was there Sunday also. You can run it but its close enough to scare ya. You must have a supper Tall Butt seat. I'm 6'7" and its at my shoulders.

It'll have to be up drastically. I fished Dardanelle in Arkansas. Pole down. hydro plate down trimmed down and pull the "remote" drain plug on my ranger.

I ran under it several times this weekend, and it's not really all that close. Probably 3 feet over my stern light. I know a pontoon with a top sure ain't getting under it! And all the crappie fishermen were either sitting, or down in the floor of their boats. We went out Saturday night, and my son videoed us going under it; it's scary to be sure! He may post the video later. The lake was totally slick Saturday, and Saturday night. I would think long and hard before going under it if it was one of Rayburn's big blow days. Probably just stay on one side or the other! It's a different lake these days for sure.

I do know for a fact that a tall champion stern light will smack it.

Aside from the bridge, can you run through the Amber and Black forest without any worries?

They are starting 24 hr flood gate release and generation. As soon as the neches comes down some they will be pulling 6-8ft out i bet in the next couple months.
