Took the kiddo out this weekend to catch some perch at a local pond in Temple and this MONSTER just smoked it. After about 5 of the longest seconds ever, we got the record in.

Haha. I caught one that was about 6-7 " long yesterday on a weightless Senko. The Senko was the same length as the bass. I couldn't get the hook out easily. It was forcing its mouth open and my fingers were too big. Lol

Its crazy, I had my worm shot about 6 foot from the bank and there were about 10 of these 3-4inchers together about 6 inches from the bank and all the sudden they disappeared and this one bit. Was using the smallest crappie cam-action hooks I had in the box. As you can see he halfway swallowed it but the way it took, it was very easy to take out. Little dude just swam off like nothing happened.

If you hold it closer to the camera and keep your arms extended while keeping your fingers hidden as much as possible it will probably add 5 lbs to it.
