I may go camping at Purtis Creek SP soon and would appreciate any help on catching crappie in it. I have an aluminum boat with a trolling motor to get to spots. Anyone had luck there? Thanks...

Was there last weekend bass fishing and they gave me a brush pile map with general vicinity view and GPS coordinates in degrees and minutes on the back page. I think there is about 7 all total you can plug in assuming your out on a boat. Heard the spillway is good for Crappie as well and there are underwater trees in the vicinity along the creek channels.

Good luck.
