Anyone had any experience with these? After reading the thread about tungsten weights and fluorocarbon, it got me thinking about cheaper alternatives to tungsten. Tungsten is awesome but I have a really hard time spending that much money when I don't fish all that often. I came across the pro metal worm weights and Picasso says they're better than lead and a cheaper alternative to tungsten. Anyone have any reviews?

i have used them a few times in the last 3 years and even though they are better than lead, tungsten is still superior to it all.

Well if you don't fish all that often, then you would use less of them, buy a pack and thank us later!

I use them extensively and I'm very satisfied with them. They are more sensitive than lead but larger than tungsten. I haven't noticed that much difference between pro metal and tungsten as far as sensitivity but that may just be me.
