I broke a 7ft micro magic cranking rod and sent it back for replacement about 2 months ago without any response. I have called several times only able to leave voice mails along with unanswered emails. I like the Duckett rods but would rather use Zebco Rhino rods if they had better customer service. Anybody else have this problem recently?

I broke my micro magic a day after I received it on a hookset. I got with duckett and they took care of me. It probably took them 2 weeks but they sent me back a new one and also sold me a ghost for 50 dlr. I am sorry to hear about your situation. I hope you are able to resolve everything.

I sent in a rod to have an eye repaired and they send me a brand new rod back, it only took about a week for the whole process.

Man I hate to hear that, not like the Duckett team at all. I just sent someone a message. They'll address that issue ASAP, I can assure!

Never have had an issue enough to need a warranty, but man would I get fired up if the company I support treated me that way. I'd never buy from them again. Ever. But, until it actually happens, I'm just stating what I would likely do. Hmmm. I have used Falcon for most every rod I own now. I haven't had a warranty, like mentioned, but I have received "thank you gifts" on occasion. Within a few days of registering product. Hats, stickers, rod socks, etc. I would like to think that if I ever needed a warranty on one of these rods, their service would be just as fast.

I sent one back for warranty and it went smooth and I called to see if I can get a eye repaired because the local repair guy didn't have any micro guides. They sent me several eyes so I could have my rod repaired locally. This is the second rod I sent back for replacement. I have broke 5 but the other 3 I broke may not have been factory issues so I replaced them myself. I stuck with Duckett because of the customer service but now reconsidering.
