Any suggestions on where to launch and target for bream with the kiddos on Fork or is it pretty much any place and can't miss. Want to get into the decent size range.

Or would you suggest a better lake around the dfw metroplex? East and south is best.

Thanks

Mustang is good (near Alba), can be out of the wind, has docks, timber, ledges, creek channels and pads.

Start out at community lakes and ponds in city parks. Also public docks on major lakes. coolio

dw173,
From the map, I see lots of small drainage and ponds. are any of these public? if so - you don't need to drive far...

I speak to fly fishing clubs all over Texas about fishing local creeks. I'm often surprised by how often some one will tell me - "there's no fish in there" and I'll show them how to go and catch those non-existent fish.

Good luck wink
