Well the Expo went well and it was great to meet up with Rex and J Moe
The weather kept many away I suspect but I am sure those that attended had a good time
I know that Rex was VERY heavily involved with casting instruction

That's upsetting. Rex was there and I didn't know it or get to meet him. Maybe next time.

I really enjoyed the presentations, sitting and watching people tie and meeting lots of new people.

It was a fun weekend. There were a lot of classes and presentation available and for the most part the weather cooperated. I got to meet Mike and admire his amazing flies, completely missed J-Moe, but I did meet a bunch of other people.

I spent most of the three days at the casting park, which just happened to be located beside the Commal river (wonderful location for a casting class.) I had 5 two hour classes, 4 Beginner classes, and a more advanced level Accuracy classes. Multiple instructors helped with every casting class, so it was a great event for the students. I only had one class get rained out (actually more of "lightning'ed out"), so we had to delay it from Saturday afternoon until Sunday morning.

It was a good weekend.
