Headed out to Hubbard thus evening to try and find a few green fish.

When I drove over the bridge earlier this week I noticed a lot of debry. Has anyone been out recently? Is there still lots of debry floating around?

Have fished moved off shore yet or is the current keeping them shallow? Any pointers would be awesome!

If you mean Ray Hub, it is fishing incredibly tough right now. I have talked to a couple guys and read a couple guys on here saying they are fishing all day for 2 fish, maybe 3. A good sack is a rarity right now.
