Me and my buddies want to do a night fishing trip June 13th! What lake would be a good lake to fish overnight in a pontoon boat with lights? Cedar creek or Tawakoni or any other lake

I've never fished Palestine or CC so not sure about stumps but Fork is a stump field and most are probably just under the water now. Tawakoni is not too bad around 276 bridge and north. There is at least one other bridge that has a ramp by it but south of 276 bridge heading towards the dam is an area known as the sticks and it can get ya.

I'd put in at Pope's Landing on Lake Fork and fish the hump in front of their floating dock, if not luck move over to the bridge right there for Big Mustang creek under Hwy 17.
No worries about stumps and I've caught some nice fish close to those spots during the day. Your lights should draw them in thumb
