nah...just looks like someone killing gar and sticking them in the fence. wrong seen it firsthand found some 4 and 5ft gar stuck in a high fence along the Frio river after a flood

I know exactly where this is because I used to fish around that area. This was definitely not a flooding incident. The river would have to rise such an incredible amount for the water to get to that fence. This is on the river side of the dam from Lake corpus Christi in Mathis Tx. It sucks knowing people do this.

Do you honestly think these "people" would climb a security fence and stick debris in it? Its obvious the water pushed the debris against the fence and the gar were all swimming against the current when they got stuck.

You don't climb over the fence, you keep walking down and there's a place where you can cross simply by walking. No acrobatic skills needed. Maybe it is possible for the gar to get stuck there with high water but I don't know.
