I am wanting to go out there this weekend with my kiddos and catch some sandbass or hybrids. Never really fished this lake and I'm looking for some advice.

The water is up in the parking lot. Some people are launching from there. I would'nt. If you go anyway, go towards the Dam and pump station. If the bubblers are on, get some shad and fish the main lake humps. Also check the points. Watch your depth finder for trees. There are several places that they are just under the water.
