Since all these DFW area lakes are flooded, we got to go so we're headed north to Lake Michigan. In 10 days, my father and my son and I are flying into Chicago, driving north through Michigan (4.5hrs) to Traverse Bay, MI. There, we meet up with www.northernadventuresfishing.com and head to smallie heaven. Here's a pic of one of their customer outings last week. I'm hoping to share some pics for the TFF that is similar to this one when we return. If anybody has interest in a trip like this, I'll be able to provide some insight if it's worth it or not. I can already say it will be if we never boat a fish. I'm hangin' with family, hard to beat that!
