you can fix it yourself. Academy among other places has kits available to do that. Pretty simple actually. Might want to try that before paying someone.

If not, there are plenty of custom rod companies that will fix it for ya

the eye is typically a plastic insert into the metal ring. You probably dropped it or hit it on something to chip it. It literally takes less than 5 mins to fix. Cut off the old one and slide a new one on with glue....let it sit for a day and you are good.

Broken/chipped eyes/guides are very common. Some people are harder on their equipment than others. Imagine being a fishing guide and your customers stepping all over your rods and such....it happens to the best of us. We fix it and move on.

Did you use one of the kits from Academy? If so, which one. Just wondering since I am sure I will need to replace a guide ay some point.
