I recently bought the Lowrance gps card and in the instructions it tells you how to load on the HDS units. Wellllll the unit I am wanting to load it on is a LCX28C HD. Anybody have any info you can give me on loading the Tommy Martin card in my Lowrance LCX??

Don't know if yours is like mine. I have the LMS 337C.
1. Insert chip then Power on
2. Hit menu button twice
3. Scroll down and select system setup, arrow right
4. Scroll down and select transfer my data...
5. Transfer data which way? Load
6. Select appropriate user data file and load data.
I had to upgrade the firmware into my unit. Just go to lowrance site and find your unit and save firmware load to the same chip.
Hope that helps.

Dang overtime. I haven't had a chance to get the boat out of storage yet. I should get a chance this weekend weather pending.
