I live very close to the lake, lived out here almost 8 years and have had my tube in the attic because snakes freak me out! Well I think I am comfortable enough to venture out in my tube (bank fishing from ponds is not as exciting as it used to be for me) and just wanted to know if anyone floats that lake, where they launch from and if there are any other good places to tube fish around the area?
Thanks in advance! JZ

I think most people launch in Little Ridge on the Wylie side for float tubes. The current from the plant usually allows better fishing. This year has been really strange fishing though because of the heavy rains. Most people are reporting that the fishing has not stabilized yet and low numbers are being caught. It is getting better, but it's not where is used to be. Never hurts to try though.
