is there a fee,and if so where do you pay..............never been I have a long list of lakes that I dont catch fish on,thought I might as well at Athens to the list...........

No Fee & you will not put Athens on your list. It is a "slot" lake. 14-21 inches must be returned to the lake. Fished for 2 hours yesterday evening and caught 20 fish. small to 4.5# Athens Bass Club had their Tuesday night tourney going on and there were lots of boats on the water so I did not stay long. Right now fish the grass beds in 6-12 ft..... WM Magic-red Senkos Lots of schooling 2-3 pounders Yellow Magic working good early and late in shallow water off grass you can have it for the next 2 weeks as I will be elsewhere fishing in tournaments
