I'm sure the lake is high and muddy lots and lots of rain the last couple of weeks

I've been a trucker for yrs so haven't been able to fish as much as i'd like , but i'm trying to learn. My son goes with me , so that is cool,he is trying to learn also, we both want to become better fisherman.

Yea I'm gonna be fishing this weekend at rayburn lake is high for sure. Any info on bass patterns right now?

Frogs and flukes around the newly flooded stuff. Find wind blown points and throw weightless flukes. According to the weatherman it isn't supposed to blow but he's wrong more times than not. It Worked for me the other day, we caught around 30 fish.

it wasn't that muddy this past weekend. The water was a little off color in some spots but you could see a bait a couple feet down and I'll take that over gin clear.

No way I would Drive 9hrs for Rayburn right now. Maybe Toledo or Fork.
