has anyone ever used the trolling motor batteries as power source for power poles? what are your thoughts?

i did it for over a year with small group 24 batteries without any problems. i finally put a forth battery in the boat so now my poles are on the cranking battery.

That' how I have mine wired. Had enough coming off the start batt already.
One PP run off one battery.
Two PPs run off two separate batteries.

That's how I run my talons. They dont use much power very often
