I wonder if the people who make the laws, rules and regulations ever have to apologize publicly for making stupid decisions that cost the citizens huge amounts of money, time and just plain old inconvenience.

At least it gives the Game Wardens something to think about instead of looking at anyone who owns a boat as being a poacher and trying to nail you because a fish is 1/8" under.
