My dad just went to Lake Proctor....to "look around"......he couldn't get in....the gates were closed......I suppose the entire lake is closed as well......I was there last June.....and the fishing piers were nearly out of the water.......HUGE difference.......

Shows to be 14' over the spillway, I'd bet until it gets lower it will remain closed

Proctor shows over 14' past full pool not 14' over the spillway. 14' over the spillway would be huge news! :-)
