This same recipe will work for meatloaf. Grill it like it mentions but probably go 60 minutes.
1 lb ground beef
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 fresh onion, chopped
1 Bell pepper, chopped
6 fresh basil leaves, chopped fine
6 fresh garlic cloves, minced
2 T. Lawry’s Seasoned Pepper
1 T. Janes Mixed up Salt (seasoned salt)
Favorite BBQ sauce (Head Country is mine)
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Roll in to 3” balls.
3. Wrap each meatball with one piece of bacon.
4. Grill over med heat 30 – 45 minutes being careful not to burn bacon.
5. Brush on BBQ sauce at the end of cooking the final 15 minutes.
