Arlington has water up to pavilion. 7+ high  Joe Pool is 16+ high. Restrooms in parking lot of Oasis.

Only if you have a kayak. The marinas are saying atleast 2 months before the lake opens again

The marinas at Joe Pool may be closed for a few months, but I doubt it will take that long for the ramps to open up.

I hope not but they were saying the entire lake. Guess it depends on how fast they can release water. I figure Loyd Park ramp should be the first to open.
