Ivie is screwed, we have had the water apocalypse of the century in this state and they got 2 feet. It's done.
I think I agree. San Angelo has had 3-4 times their average rain this month. There have been rains on top of rains when the rivers and creeks should have already been flowing. I think a big part of the problem is that the lakes upstream are so low that they are catching the water before it can get to Ivie.
I think it will be a long, long time before the state has another rain event this widespread and long lasting.
