Received email from Lynn Creek about them giving access to dry storage from the repair shop fence line to check on anything in dry storage. As of today I wouldn't bother most of the dry storage closest to marina is now under water . GPPD would not allow me on property. My unit is towards the back up the hill and water has made it to that level. Glad I got my boat out last week. I just never would have guessed it would have got that high.

I almost moved to the dry storage last month. I'm glad I didn't.

It is almost three feet above flood pool and the Corps has opened a gate to release water. Another three feet or so and it goes out the emergency spillway.

It will be interesting to see how fast they drop it once the rains and flooding have stopped. In the past it has been slow, like 2/10ths per day. That would mean several weeks to return to usable level depending on additional rainfall.

It will take a while to get it back. I will be happy just getting it down far enough I can put my boat back in storage.

I kept my boat there too. Checked on it Wednesday and water was just starting to creep in. Couldn't get it out until Thursday and water was almost to the axle. As I was hooking up to it, some of the workers at the marina motored up in a pontoon boat to retrieve a shop truck that I thought was flooded out.
