Wanted to give a shout out for Solid pawn. Stopped by there today to check it out and was very impressed with the customer service and affordable prices!

Solid Pawn is at 521 N. High ST just a block north of W. Marshall AVE (Hwy 80). Jordan and his employees are good people and will treat you right.....
Jordan is currently in the TOP 25 of FLW's Walmart Series as a Co-Angler. Drop by and talk fishing with him, he knows his stuff....

Great ppl. Has fewer selection that ETS but way better to choose from!! He is gradually getting a lot more things in. Top of the line equipment in there and best lures to date.

I stopped by Solid Pawn over my lunch break while working in Longview today (I live in Tyler), and I can reiterate what everybody else has said. They have a solid selection of baits/rods. I met the owner, Jordan, and he was great in helping me find what I needed.
Here's all the brands I remember off the top of my head...6th sense, trokar, black angel jigs/punch rigs, zoom, elaz tech, strike king, missile baits, and several others. They also have a solid lineup of rods including Ducketts and abu Garcia.
I'll definitely make the trip back.

Awesome place for sure! I go in frequently and have been impressed with the way they continue to grow and stock new products. Great selection, prices and customer service, sure beats Longview's Academy. I also got a great deal on some Titleist irons there, actually think they were the owners clubs...guess he was smart and gave up the golf to fish more...I'm not that smart and try hard to do both mediocre at both!
