just talked to COE and all ramps on the lake are closed and expected to be for a while.
Fish a lot, catch a little

I believe this is just all Coe ramps that are closed and private ramps are still open, if usable. I was told juniper cove was still usable.

Lake is 12 feet high. Fort Worth Star Telegram and Waco Tribune said the COE is going to hold the water for a while yet.

I've seen Whitney much higher than 12 and was still able to access the lake.

Corp is closing the entrance off HWY 22 to both Loafers parks and to Harbor Master.

We're 18.53' high this morning. COE still not releasing. The joys of being a flood control lake. I talked to Laddy at Little Rocky Lodge yesterday and if Whitney comes up a few more feet like it did in 07 he may open up his road behind the Lodge for launching. I know he's turning everyone away right now.

Figures,
Rebuilt my boat this winter and got to use it twice. About 5' - 6' over full pool and our ramp is still usable. Now, not so much.
