 I'm looking opinion s on the best crank bait set rod and reel

I'm want to buy a new rod and reel setup for running deep water crank baits with but not really sure what I want to go with.

I fished with Keith Combs a couple of times. He was using a Chronarch E7 and his Power Tackle big cranking rod and he was burning that 6XD crankbait. He is the king of cranking.

I use a Dobyns 805 with a Lews BB1 and also have a Duckett 7-11 with a Lews BB1 on it.
I have a 7ft Power Tackle rod with a Shimano Curado I that I throw both medium and deep divers with.

Was this recent or before his signature line came out? I fished with him last year and he was still using the Paragon.

I use a Powell 755 CB rod with a Lew's BB1 Pro.
