It'll be interesting how high it gets and how long it stays high with rain on the way and Proctor above pool level. Probably not going to be a good crappie summer. The last time it went low and filled, the fish were slow in finding the brush again after having to hide in mostly timber for a while.

Went for a ride yesterday!! Sand flats are now the salt willow flats! Run into a hybrid fishing friend and he said they are still catching them toward main lake. The lake is still far better than where it was. Heading up to Winkler's to do a little crappie fishing!!!! lizard

Went looking for crappie yesterday and not a bite. Should have been catfishing. Lake 2.75 above normal this morning, should be prime for some shallow water cats.

Fish holding in the marinas!Franks, BLORA, Morgan's Point, ECT just like 08 flood fish holding in 15-20 FOW, docks doing well! semi murky water seems to be the best with no current get it while the getting's good because when they open the damn after the construction on the other side who knows!
