It's been rough seas the past 12 days but the tuna are still there. Smaller YFs around 75 to 45 lbs. But limits come quickly if you know what you are doing. Stinkiing Cuda's are plentiful as well as blackfins.

hello fellow tuna heads... just thought since im now on the trip i would drop in here and say a few words.... Ahem!!!! Hello how is everyone doing? its been a long time since i have seen such a fine assortment of fishing peoples assembled on one topic... hopefully Bazztex will shop at a good store when he buys all those ribeyes!!!   I guess you missed the memo Grizzy-Will? Newbies from the Stand By list are responsible for the Ribeys on this trip. If I bring the steaks they will be from West Africa and may actually be cut from a rabid Wilderbeast.  MMMMM!!!! Rabid Wildabeast... almost as good as roadkilled elephant Elephants road kill the cars in Africa dude.

Sandia. I live about 3/4 of a mile from the river and when they have to make major releases the water invades my property by way of a slough that comes off of the river and flows through here. This is the slough on the road in front of my house. Sometimes the white bass fishing is crazy.
